Property Management works with churches and schools in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties as the Conference corporate officers must sign such legal documents. Additional services to churches and schools include appropriate filling of County 571-L reporting and property tax exemptions. Other properties, such as Sonora Community Estates, Camp Wawona, Soquel Conference Center, and Watsonville Commercial are managed directly by the Central California Conference.
Risk Management is a ministry of active stewardship, helping to safeguard the property and people the Lord has entrusted to the Central California Conference. The department maintains records and coordinates responsibilities of all church and school safety officers, for all Central California Conference office, church, and school vehicles and properties. We also process claims for the various losses and we coordinate claims for all medical and injury losses.
