What We Do
The Hispanic Ministries office trains, equips, and promotes the mobilization of Hispanic church members within the Central California Conference. Leaders represent the interest and needs of the Hispanic work on various conference and Pacific Union committees. Promotes unity among pastors, local church members and leaders, and among the Hispanic churches for the furthering of God’s work.
Meet the Team
Hispanic Ministries Director
Ricardo J. Viloria is an ordained minister who currently serves in the Central California Conference as Director of Hispanic Ministries and Religious Liberty. Previous to this, he served as Senior Pastor of the San Jose Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church (consisting of nearly 1,700 members)
Before coming to the Central California Conference, he worked in such places as the Texas Conference (as Senior Pastor of the Garland Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church, with nearly 900 members), and in the Southern California Conference (as Senior Pastor of the Glendale Central Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church, also as Pastor of the Panamerica Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church in Los Angeles, and Pastor of the East Los Angeles Bilingual Seventh-day Adventist Church).
Pastor Viloria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Theology from Universidad Adventista del Plata, Argentina. He has two courses to complete his Master of Science degree (with emphasis in Administration) from Andrews University. He is also in progress of completing the Master of Theological Studies degree from the H.M.S Divinity School of La Sierra University.
Ricardo has been blessed with a beautiful family, his wife Daisy, his children Melissa and Ricky, and his grandchildren Isabella and Lia.
