CCC Releases a Statement Regarding 2021 Camp Meeting

CLOVIS, CALIF.,—January 12, 2021, The Central California Conference of Seventh-day
Adventists is canceling its in-person July 2021 Soquel Camp Meeting. This action was made with much consideration for the health and safety of our members and the Soquel community as we face the ongoing challenges of the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

For seventy-one years, more than ten thousand people have gathered during the summer at the Soquel Conference Center to participate in and experience spiritual growth, diversity, prayer, fellowship, worship, service to the community, and evangelism.

Despite the disappointment of not having this event this summer, we continue to explore and implement creative and effective opportunities to advance discipleship and evangelism throughout Central California. We do commit to having a viable and enriching virtual online Camp Meeting experience during July 2021. We will keep you posted as to further developments.

Thank you for your prayers and support as we move closer to the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
